Worm graph activity for preschoolers.
This worm graph activity is the perfect way to teach your child about counting, colors, and patterns while having a blast.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Red, blue, yellow, and green pipe cleaner
- Kid tongs (optional)
- Dried beans
- Bowl
WHAT TO DO:
Cut the pipe cleaners into 2" pieces.
Bend each one to make it look like a wiggly worm.
Mix them in a bowl of dried beans. Put no more than 10 of each color and do not put the same number of every color.
Using tongs or your fingers, dig to find the worms in the bowl.
When you find a worm, set it in the correct column on the worm graph.
When all of the worms are collected, look at the graph and answer the graph questions.
