Before you start
Turn on some Christmas music and plug in your Christmas tree lights to get into the holiday spirit.
Talk about the different things you see and the colors you see during Christmas time. Also, talk about the weather, activities you do in the winter, the clothes you wear when it is cold, the season and the day Christmas falls on.
This will help get your child prepared to make their wrapping paper.
WRAPPING PAPER COLORING PAGES
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Christmas pattern coloring pages printable
- Colored pencils, markers, or crayons
- Scissors
- Tape
- A small gift to wrap
Download the Christmas Pattern Coloring Pages, have your child choose the coloring page they like best, and let them color it however they'd like.
WHEN THEY ARE DONE MAKING THEIR WRAPPING PAPER
Once they’ve completed their masterpiece, wrap a small present in the paper, tape it up, and it’s ready to give away. On Christmas morning, your child will be so excited to see their artwork on full display.
You can leave the other coloring pages out for your child to color whenever they have downtime.
