WHAT YOU NEED:
2 c flour
1 c salt
1 c water
Bowl
Rolling pin
Cookie cutter
Oven
Paint
WHAT TO DO:
Preheat the oven to 250 F.
Mix the flour and salt together.
Mix in the water.
Add more flour if needed to get a play dough consistency.
Knead well on a floured surface.
Roll out dough. Cut out shapes with cookie cutters.
Bake until hard and dry. Baking time will vary anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Let cool.
Paint.
