Turn on your favorite song and dance your little heart out!
You don't have to be a good dancer. Have fun. Make up funny dance moves, practice trending dance moves, or play a music video and copy their dance moves.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Neighborhood or park
WHAT TO DO:
Go for a walk, get some fresh air, and get your heart pumping.
WHAT YOU NEED:
A park
WHAT TO DO:
Visit your favorite park or check out a new one.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Bike or Scooter
WHAT TO DO:
Explore the neighborhood or a park on your bike or scooter.
WHAT YOU NEED:
A ball
Someone to play catch with
WHAT TO DO:
Grab a friend and play catch.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Someone to play tag with.
wHAT TO DO:
Play tag with a friend.
Choose a person to tag. Once you are able to tag them, they have to get you.
Once they get you, you have to get them.
Continue getting each other until you need a break.
Play with more people to make it more challenging.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Trampoline
WHAT TO DO:
Jump, jump, and jump some more.
Try some new tricks, flips, and jumps (safely).
WHAT YOU NEED:
Hula hoop
WHAT TO DO:
Have fun hula hooping!
Time yourself and try to hula hoop longer and longer each time.
WHAT YOU NEED:
A local indoor playground.
WHAT TO DO:
Find a local indoor playground to visit.
This is a great option when you need to get out of the house on a hot, rainy, or snowy day.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Three or more people to play
WHAT TO DO:
Have 2 or more people sit in a circle.
One person stands and walks around the people sitting.
As you walk, tap on each person's head and say "duck".
Surprise one of the people sitting by saying "goose".
Run as fast as you can before the person you tagged as the goose, gets you.
If you can make it back to the goose's spot and sit down before the goose gets you, you win. If the goose tags you before you can sit in their spot, they win.
The goose now walks around the people sitting and repeats the steps.
WHAT YOU NEED:

Say the name of an animal and everyone has to act like that animal.
ANIMALS:
Alligator
Monkey
Snake
Frog
Crab
Dog
Cheetah
Bunny
Pig
Penguin
Butterfly
WHAT YOU NEED:
A friend or sibling
WHAT TO DO:
One person leads and the other follows.
The followers have to do everything the leader does.
Walk around the house or the yard and move your body in different ways.
