WHAT TO DO:
Get several different colored foods and lay them out on a platter, ready to eat. 

While you enjoy a healthy snack, talk about:
The colors.
Your favorite foods on the tray.
Your least favorite foods on the tray.
The foods on the tray that are new to you.
Other foods that are colorful.
Why fruits and vegetables are healthy.
