WHAT YOU NEED:
Red Layer:
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 tablespoon honey, agave, or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
- 1 tablespoon water, milk, yogurt, or coconut cream.
- Or make it easy on yourself: Just use strawberries!
White Layer:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla-flavored)
- 1-2 tablespoons honey, agave, or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)
- Or make it easy on yourself: Just use ice cream!
Blue Layer:
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon honey, agave, or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
- 1 tablespoon water, milk, yogurt, or coconut cream.

WHAT TO DO:
Prepare the Red Layer:
- In a blender, combine all of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and set it aside.
Prepare the White Layer:
- In another bowl, mix all of the ingredients.
- Stir until well combined and set aside.
Prepare the Blue Layer:
- In the blender (no need to clean it), combine all of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Assemble the Popsicles:
Start by pouring a layer of the red strawberry mixture into each mold, filling them about one-third of the way.
Next, add a layer of the white yogurt mixture on top of the red layer, filling another one-third of the mold.
Finally, pour the blueberry mixture on top to fill the molds to the brim.
Insert sticks and freeze.
Once frozen, pull them out and enjoy!
