Halloween is a festive holiday filled with delicious treats, spooky stories, and creative costumes. However, amidst all the festivities, it can be challenging to keep kids active and engaged. That's where the Spooky Doors Halloween exercise comes to the rescue! It's an interactive and fun way to incorporate physical activity while keeping the Halloween spirit alive. In this blog post, we will discuss how to do this exciting Halloween activity and how it benefits your child's physical health.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Once the doors are ready, pick a number, and open the corresponding door. Your children will find the workout instructions under it, which they can do as much as they would like.

These exercises involve simple and low-intensity movements. These movements encourage blood flow and get the heart rate up, making it a perfect activity to play when your kids need to let their wiggles out.

The best part about this activity is that children have a chance to explore their creativity while being physically active, leading to numerous mental and physical benefits. It promotes creativity, improves concentration and confidence, and encourages children to explore their imaginative thinking.

But, remember to always talk to your doctor before starting any new exercises.

This activity is one of the activities from my Halloween Unit Study.
